We know you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your new Freshop product. We have made it easy to track the status of your order delivery all the way to your door step.
When we ship your order, we will send you a Freshop confirmation email that includes the carrier's tracking number. You can also log in to your My Account page and view Order History to find the tracking number.
To check your order status once we have shipped, simply visit the applicable carrier's website (www.ups.com, www.fedex.com, or www.usps.com) and enter your tracking number.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, you lose or misplace your tracking number, or you think there might be a problem with your delivery, please e-mail us at service@freshop.com or use our Contact Us page.
