Freshop Returns

At Freshop, we work extremely hard to select the best products for our customers. In fact, we guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell for 90 days!  We hope that you love your new Freshop product as much as we do. 

No hassle returns for 90 days!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or store credit (less shipping and handling) for up to 90 days!   Only new or unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund; otherwise, a store credit will be issued.  Store credits are good for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Simply pack your return item in its original packaging and mail it to us with the original packing slip within 90 days of the order's ship date.  Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

If you do not have your packing slip, please email us at service@freshop.com and we will provide your order number. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return, or we will not be able to process the return. 

Once your returned product is received and inspected (within 3 business days of receipt), we will process the applicable refund (we will credit your credit card) or store credit within 14 business days.  Your credit card company may take anywhere from 2 to 10 additional business days to post the credit to your account.  If you return a gift, you will receive store credit. Sorry, items purchased with store credit previously issued for used or worn items may not be returned.

Please use a secure shipping method with your return.  You may want to insure your shipment with your carrier in case it is damaged or lost during return delivery.  We are not responsible for items we do not receive. 

All sale purchases are final, and no refunds or store credits are available.

Damaged or Defective Products.

We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped to you.   If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery, and we will provide a return shipping label.  Once your returned product is received and inspected (within 3 business days of receipt), we will provide a full refund or an equivalent replacement product.  In case of a refund, shipping costs will be refunded for wrongly shipped items or items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.  Some of the products we sell may come with a manufacturer's warranty.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for additional information on their warranty policy. 

Cancelling an Order.

We do our best to process and get your orders out quickly and because of that, we may not always be able to cancel your order after it is placed.  Please contact us as soon as possible at service@freshop.com if you want to cancel your order.  If we are unable to cancel your order in time, you can simply return the order pursuant to our no hassle return policy.
