How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We will do our best to get your order filled and shipped out!   The actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you select.   We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address.   We offer the following shipping methods. 

• Standard Ground
• Expedited Delivery
• Express Delivery

Shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time.   We generally process orders within 1 to 3 business days from the order date.  

* Please note: Delivery times may vary based on the in-stock availability of the product, the item purchased, and the destination address.  When you select expedited or express delivery, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.  Orders outside the continental U.S. may take longer.  For purposes of calculation, the order date will be the following day for any orders received after 2 p.m. PST / 5 p.m. EST.   

How much does it cost?

To expedite the order process, Freshop charges a flat fee for shipping based on your total purchase amount.  The shipping cost for your order is determined as follows:

Free Standard Ground Shipping on Orders above $99!   Please note that the order total must be $99 after all promotions, coupons, or discounts have been applied, and before tax (if applicable) has been applied.

What if I only get some of my products?

To get you the products you ordered faster, we may ship certain products earlier than orders.  You will not be charged more for separate shipments, and we will charge your credit card only for products that have shipped.   We will notify you for any delays in shipping. 

General Shipping Information

Recycled Packaging.   We use shipping boxes that have 100% recycled content (post-consumer materials). 
Please note that whenever possible, we recycle shipping boxes and packaging materials (such as paper fillers) to reduce the environmental impact of shipment.   Please look for the Freshop sticker on your package before you decline delivery because it is box you do not recognize!  We will not use recycled boxes or materials on gifts, unless specifically requested.

Lost or Stolen Packages.  Please note we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been made.

International Shipments. Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally.

Saturday Shipping and Delivery.  If you place your order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we'll usually process your order on the next business day.  Sorry, Saturday delivery is not available. 

Delivery to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address .  Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we also cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses and we are not responsible for erroneous shipping selections.

Bulky Items.  Big or oversized items may incur additional shipping costs above the regular shipping costs.   This will be noted in the product description for the item so that you will know. 

Multiple Addresses.  For shipment to multiple addresses, simply click on "Checkout with Multiple Addresses".  Delivery to each address will incur a separate shipping fee.

Incorrect Addresses.   Please make sure you include the correct shipping address with your order!  We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that has been erroneously inputted by you.   If a product is returned to us because it was not deliverable, we will have to assess a $9 carrier charge along with any additional shipping fees that may apply.
