The grocery industry is now confronted with the new challenge of serving customers with the concern of Covid-19. Stores who do not offer an online sales portal are being challenged to take orders over the phone or through email for customers to pick up at the store. We are meeting this challenge by offering a new configuration to our Freshop Groceries App to allow store owners to offer their top-selling items into a designated eCommerce tool.
Freshop has curated about 1,000 products that are national and generally sold at any grocer. In order to manage fulfillment and availability, there will be limits on the number of products that can be purchased, individually and in total.
This solution provides the use of Freshop’s PCI-Compliant Stripe Account for quick and easy checkout, including saved payments. The use of this new anti-fraud system allows the guarantee of no fraud-related chargebacks. There is no setup fee or commitment required from the stores other than to fulfill your customers’ orders. Payments to the store will be made via check.
