Thank you for your interest in enhancing the Freshop platform. We are always working to improve our software and make it as useful and efficient as possible.
Our goal is to keep Freshop an industry-leading platform that has the functions and features that your business needs to operate today and in the future. To do that, we proactively review the industry and talk to retailers to learn what should be added. In addition, we receive many requests each year for different features to be added and carefully evaluate these to ensure we are adding functionality that is the most beneficial to as many of our retailers as possible. Our evaluation criteria also includes feasibility, occurrence frequency, labor impact, revenue impact, and consumer experience impact.
Freshop reviews new enhancement requests monthly. Our product roadmap is planned six months in advance. Updates to the roadmap may occur each quarter for the following quarter. With this schedule in mind, retailers submitting enhancement requests will receive a response within 8-12 weeks of submission.
